Mylo is a 21 year old studying information design at the University of Pretoria. She started struggling with anxiety her Matric as well as depressive episodes through 2018 and 2019,  she saw several counsellors through her journey and recently started seeing another to deal with anxiety and burnout from her school year. She enjoys reading, yoga, painting and drawing, singing, building houses in the Sims and talking about mental health and well-being.
