Sduduzo is 23 years old and is currently studying at Rhodes University doing her first year LLB. Her first issues with mental health date as far back as 2012 after losing her father, after not attending to her mental health she suffered a major breakdown in 2018, two years after losing her mother. After an additional breakdown in 2019 due to getting sick and spending more than 3 months in and out of hospital and not being able to complete her final year at school, she finally abandoned my self-help methods and went to see a psychologist for two months and since concluding her sessions she has incorporated writing and exercising as ways of helping her heal which are also her hobbies.
